Border “Free Gas Blast Rules”

WHEN?
Radio Station WBDR Owned by Community Broadcasters LLC. will conduct a contest called The Border “Free Gas Blast” starting Wednesday April 30th 2008 Ending June 2008. Community Broadcasters reserves the right to end or extend this contest at any time without advanced or prior notice.

The Contest will be played weekdays only.
5 times per weekday at these Times: 7:20am 10:20am 1:20pm 4:20pm and at 7:20pm.

HOW?
A “Secret” Jackpot amount is established in whole Gallons (Example 10 Gallons in Tank).

Dj’s will ask for Random Caller. That Caller will then be put on air to guess how much Gas is in the Jackpot (Tank).

Caller will get one guess Per Call. They must correctly guess how many gallons are in the Jackpot (Tank) If guessed correctly (Example 10 gallons) they win that amount instantly.

If Callers guess higher then the Jackpot (Tank) amount (Example: guess of 12 Gallons) they and the rest of the Audience will be told on air the guess was too High. Listeners can now use deductive reasoning to make a more educated guess during contest play. Hence narrowing down the guesses until a correct guess is made.

That “Secret” Jackpot shall remain the same until eventually a random caller correctly guesses the “secret” amount in the tank.

If a Caller guesses correctly A new “Secret” Jackpot amount will then be established and the Game Starts over again the Next Morning at 7:20am.

WHO?
Open to licensed Drivers in The United States and Canada.

PRICE PER GALLON ?
Winners win the Amount of Gallons Guessed. Gallons of Gas are Equal to a Cash Amount of $3.50 per gallon . Winners will claim a gift certificate in the proper amount. That certificate will be redeemable at participating Valentine Stores doing business as Nice and Easy. Certificates are not redeemable for cash or merchandise, only auto gas.

ADDITIONAL RULES

Winners will be required to furnish their driver’s license information and social security number as well as basic information both at the time of winning and when appearing to retrieve a certificate. To retrieve the price, each winner will have to produce the driver’s license to the Community Broadcasters representative or will be ineligible to retrieve the certificate.
